The ground floor offers a spacious and contiguous lounge and dining area as well as a study and a hot kitchen.

The design offers a unique outdoor l-shaped pool and spacious garage in the foreground, enhancing the overall aesthetics. The house features waterfalls integrated into the design, flowing from a wall structure near the pool. The water elements are composed of natural polished stone. The pool and waterfall features add luxury and relaxation functionality. The flowing water creates a soothing ambiance and offers cooling effects for the immediate environment.

The basement houses the home cinema for the family, a spacious well equipped gym and a private spa with a sauna room.
